Letaba, Kruger Park

Continuing our journey north and we had 2 nights at Letaba. A lovely camp that had the Elephant Museum that displayed massive tusks of years gone by. We had Thick Tailed Bush Baby at out hut both nights but this was the camp of the cicada, thousands of them that erupted in the evenings. Horrid !

Our room for the next 2 nights

A bird hide that could be slept in. The notice boards dropped down onto the benches and made beds. Spotless clean and full of information.

Keeping safe on your walk from car to hide. No electric fences here.
