Cleethorpes Air Show

The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight

We decided to go for the last hour, just to see the Red Arrows display. We saw them at Waddington a couple of weeks ago, but due to thick cloud cover, their routine was not the full on 'wow' one. Today they were absolutely fantastic. We wished we had paid a fiver and parked nearer, but we parked at the sailing club just the other side of Fitties and then walked back along the beach. Now, I know parking was free but it took us over an hour and a half just to get out the car park !

The Red Arrows, as fabulous as ever. Their display is a real crowd pleaser that definitely has the 'wow' factor. Makes you proud!

Headed off to a sunny Cleethorpes today to watch the Festival of Flight. Never seen so many people in Cleethorpes before, unbelievable. Met Steve and Tracey and found a good spot on the beach where we stayed all afternoon. The display wasn't as spectacular as Waddingham but it wasn't bad for free.
