We are going to be GRANDPARENTS !!

Some brilliant news, we are going to be grandparents. So very happy for Lucy and Josh, infact more than happy !!  Can't wait for next April xxxxxxxxx

Mushrooms and beautiful fungus

Lots of beautiful Fly Agaric in one of our forests this morning

We have been looking for Amethyst Deceiver without luck. Our local forest that used to be so good for fungus is now trampled and picked every day to within an inch of it's life. There is nothing left. So, today we walked in a different forest and Simon soon had these found! Then we found more and more, literally everywhere. Just love the colour....PURPLE !  Now that's my kinda fungus !

The forest floor was awash with Amethyst Deceivers, just look at that colour, brilliant !
