Bearded Tit extravaganza !

 

A good 50 on the path, eating grit, on our recent walk. A fantastic sight to see !

The reedbeds seem to be alive with juv bearded tits, fantastic to see and hear

We see lots of bearded tits on our walks, usually in reeds. These juvs were a lovely surprise when they sat on the fence, but the fence was in the reeds !

Alkborough Flats

 

Our weekly stroll down at Alkborough Flats, lots of juv bearded tits busy feeding and a couple of sedge warblers singing away

and a cetti's warbler gave us a glimpse
