Pallas's Warbler, Crown & Anchor Car Park, Kilnsea

Good to see it back in the pub car park after being caught and rung a couple of minutes ago.  

And a constant stream of siskins passing through.

Down to the breach to hopefully see the Bluethroat. We caught fleeting glimpses of it flying as it was flushed !

Pallas's Warbler, Beacon Lane, Kilnsea

A day at Spurn and we started with this pallas's warbler on Beacon Lane. Very easy to see but photography was a whole new ball game! With a bird that was constantly moving, a crowd of birders and a lens that refused to focus ....... the smaller lenses definitely got the pics today.
