Onions and garlic, dried and stored.
Peas.....gorgeous ! Podded and frozen - 2 shelves in the freezer filled so far and we haven't started picking the beans yet
Stones of lovely potatoes with masses more to keep us going all year. Now washed and stored in trays ready for eating. Have even purchased a Tefal Actifry so we can have chips and roast potatoes without the fat....and they are flipping delicious!
Onions and potatoes - most weighing 1lb each, 100's of them all dried and stored and our harvest has only just begun and not a drop of chemical was used.
