A hell of a journey to Chapel with closed roads, detours and a speed camera that may or may not be 3 points for Karen !! Fingers crossed xx We saw one swift as soon as we got into the car park so the stress was off. Another car arrived with a couple of birders in that we said looked familiar.......it turned out that we had been to Georgia and Armenia with them......a small world and lovely to catch up. Then up to the other car park where we had the swifts at hedge height many times, excellent views. A very good day, the drive home a bit slower !
