pity about the trampled orchids.
A walk round here, lots of cracking orchids but also tons of litter. Simon picked up 4 bags. Had to leave 6 BBQ's, a blow up boat and a mountain of cardboard boxes as couldn't carry them. Every life ring had been used for swimming. This is a nature reserve with no swimming, boating or fishing. 3 boats on there when we walked round and 4 people fishing. Evidence of many parties, drinking and drug taking. We cant tolerate this any more.......must be a sign of age !
The marsh orchids are absolutely stunning this year
