An afternoon at Flamborough

A kestrel hanging over the cliffs, effortless and beautiful

A very distant red-throated diver. We also had a great-northern fly past

A single eider bobbed about below us

Great-crested Grebe, we don't usually see these on the sea

A lovely afternoon sitting at the lighthouse at Flamborough, the sun shone but the wind was howling and bitterly cold. A few seals kept us amused and we had good company and a flask of milky coffee, so a good afternoon was had by all !
