Alkborough Flats today. With little else to look at and a biting north wind, we headed to Alkborough for the afternoon. This poor bird had to settle for last years withered brambles to eat. Doesn't bode well for this years bird breeding. Also today had a wood sandpiper and a buzzard that could have been a rough legged................ but there again......!
