Haven't seen the sea for around a year and was as excited as a kid when we finally arrived at Bempton.......it must be national roadworks day ! Not too many folk there which was just as we had hoped. Headed to the viewpoints to the right as there seemed to be less people that way and we were soon told that a couple of bottlenose dolphins had been seen. We soon had them in our sights but they were going out to sea but then we picked up a few more close up and then a few more ! Oh my dear Lord, it was a magical moment. We saw around 15 although double that amount were reported. Absolutely fantastic, well made up for the day ! Happy, smiling faces all round !!
