We have some lovely woodland walks near to home and if you pick your route carefully, you can walk for hours in the forest without seeing another person. Just lately we have been seeing 100's of redpolls and a few crossbills with the occasional deer and fox. But apart from the stunning views and autumn colours, we have had some fantastic fungus this year.
