Black-headed Bunting, Flamborough

A new UK bird for me !  Found on Friday PM by Craig Thomas in the Old Fall Hedge, Flamborough. It was lashing it down here for most of the afternoon so we kept our fingers crossed that it would still be around on Saturday. Up at dawns crack waiting for news which, thankfully, was put out. Not too many people there first thing and we had excellent views on and off all morning. The numbers soon built up and with limited parking and viewing we beat a retreat, more than happy with our views. An excellent morning in good company, catching up and putting the world to rights !
