Every news channel had a reporter and cameraman on Brigg Road.
A sad day for Scunthorpe seeing the Steelworks placed into liquidation. It will affect everyone in the town and the knock-on effect will be massive. Living in Scunthorpe, it's part of our heritage. Who knows what the future will bring but there will be some devastated people today and we feel for them.
