A lovely day at Harewood House to see the Red Kites. We saw approx 30 but this year they all seem to be at the Emmerdale end of the site. The estate have done some substantial logging and clearing this summer so the disturbance could have moved them. Emmerdale was being filmed while we there there but as we don't watch it, we didn't have a clue who anyone was but they all waved! At first glance, it looks like a real village but the 'Woolpack' sign gives it away!
