The last dregs of the summer garden

A bumper, bumper crop of tomatoes this year, stones and stones of them, 2 freezers full of veg that will be delicious in pasta and curry sauces throughout the winter months.

Still harvesting spuds, they are delicious for lunch, boiled with garden mint served with butter and salt !

Our fuchsias have not done too well this summer, we think it was far too hot for them but they are all now starting to flower now the temperatures have dropped slightly. A stunning display infront of the shed !

Pixi in her usual spot in the greenhouse. The front shelves are now empty so she has moved in, snoozing tucked behind her cat nip !

A cracking crop of peppers this year. The greenhouse ones are spectacular but very proud of these grown outside in northern Britain, who would have ever thought that was possible.

The last remnants of the lunar eclipse

One days bean pickings, there will be more tomorrow !
