I am absolutely staggered by the price of groceries lately. I stand and stare at Tesco's shelves, along with many other ladies who can remember food prices before Brexit and corporate greed took over. But I simply cannot believe, never in my wildest dreams, did I ever think in my lifetime I would see basic supermarket olive oil at £16 a bottle. Bet they don't have to fill those shelves up much as who in their right mind would pay that much. Absolutely ridiculous. And I know the crop has failed etc but who decides these prices for goodness sake.
