Some stunning fungi in the forest today

It took us years to find Amethyst Deceivers, now we have our eye in they are literally everywhere. The forest car park is closed for resurfacing at the moment and hopefully, that will deter the pickers that stripped the forest floor last year. I have spoken to the Woodland Trust who are putting signs up to try and deter the foraging that is now on a professional level throughout the whole of the forest.

The forest has just started to bloom this week with some stunning fungus.
