A fabulous day out with sun, blue sky and birds !
Great-spotted Woodpecker
There were three woodpeckers that flew around constantly, displaying, calling and drumming.

A pair of red kites, displaying and making merry ! The top bird here with food, even having to land in a distant tree to finish it off.
An absolute cracking day !
