A lovely day out in Scarborough with this very obliging black-necked grebe in the harbour, blue sky and chips !!
A detour on the way home to our red kite site where we had good views of about 20 kites.

Last weeks bits and bobs......

The feeding station at Messingham Nature Reserve. Simon gave the feeders a good scrub as they were totally full of fodder mite and filled them with some decent seed. We returned a couple of days later to find the feeders topped up yet again with the fodder mite seed. Why do people think birds will eat this rubbish?!
