Solar Eclipse

We didn't think we would see this at all due to the thick cloud cover but  the clouds slowly began to clear and the eclipse was revealed. It could only be photographed with slight cloud cover. Photos taken in a layby just outside Richmond, North Yorkshire.

Red Kites

A wonderful end to the weekend with an afternoon with our red kites. They have now started to pair up and gave us a fantastic display. Far too many to count accurately but a good guess would be around 60 kites. Absolutely fabulous !
