With the threat of snow today, we decided to head to the coast. A very cold day at Cleethorpes with approx 80 snow buntings that refused to stay in one place for more than 10 seconds! And yes, we did get the snow that was forecast.
Would love to know what these two horses are thinking............."I've never seen a chicken that big before, have you?!"
Had a lovely day out calling at Tophill Low and then onto Fraisthorpe, near Bridlington. A hidden gem! 18 snow buntings on the beach and this white stork behind the church.
Iceland Gull, Grimsby Docks, Lincs. Feeding on fish waste around the processing units. The smell was absolutely disgusting ! Next stop was chips on Cleethorpes front and then on for the rough legged buzzard. A brilliant day!
