Sedge Warblers in the sun

 

A couple of sedge warblers absolutely singing their hearts out this morning, lovely to hear and even better to see !

Marsh Fritillaries and a Dingy Skipper, Chambers Farm Wood, Lincs

With the sun shining today we decided to head to Chambers Wood for the Marsh Fritillaries. We were certainly not disappointed, they were literally everywhere. A chap was doing a survey and he had counted around 500, one of the best days ever at Chambers. Believe me, it was fantastic and quite a spectacle.  Lots of pics for you to look at, hope you like them x
