A few from the garden a couple of weeks ago

 

Lots of lovely crocus and iris out in our tubs and baskets. A brief glimmer of sun made them look better........but guess what.....it's raining again !  Good that it doesn't all flower at the same time, gives us a long succession of spring flowers to brighten us up !

Lesser Yellow Legs, RSPB Frampton Marsh

 

Finally got down to Frampton to see the long staying Lesser Yellow Legs. It has been here over 100 days so we are definately late to the party !  But just look at the views......stunning !  We didn't have to venture from the car park corner and it was right there infront of us and there was just us two. A cracking day on this reserve that is brilliantly managed  and was literally covered in birds. Would love to have it as our local patch !

It's that time of year again !!

There were at least 8 hares in the field on our afternoon walk today. Lots of running and chasing, more running and then some of this stuff ..............
