The forests were stunning but even though there were many 'no hunting' signs everywhere, it didn't stop the locals who seemed to just take whatever they wanted. Our guide told us that the Trinidadians eat almost anything and everything from birds to dolphins. They eat whatever they can catch and kill, a bit worrying. The pic above is the view from our bedroom. Would just love to wake up to that every single day.
