Headed off to a sunny Cleethorpes today to watch the Festival of Flight. Never seen so many people in Cleethorpes before, unbelievable. Met Steve and Tracey and found a good spot on the beach where we stayed all afternoon. The display wasn't as spectacular as Waddingham but it wasn't bad for free.



Muston Scarecrow Festival 2013

We drove through the village of Muston on the way to Filey and was so pleased to find the scarecrow festival on this weekend. Some of the scarecrows are simply amazing. We have seen them before, but never stopped so on the way home from sea fishing I made Tom stop. Of course Simon and Tom made straight for the pub leaving me to walk round the village and enjoy the exhibits. I would love to live in this village...... and yes, Karen had to drive home !
