This was our first visit to the Botanical Gardens and it was quite late in the afternoon. The gardens are vast and by the time we had reached the proteas we had lost the best light so we knew we would need a return visit when the sky was blue.....we were certainly not disappointed, our next visit in the second week was spectacular !
