Lovely blue sky today but bitterly cold, so we thought we would see if the local hawfinches were still around. Oh yes they were and after searching we managed to see 5, as usual at the very tops and always flighty, feeding and disappearing in the trees. So good to see and we didn't have to part with £14 for the privilege !
